Payments made are valid for 90 days only. If the client does not schedule the shoot within 90 days, services may no longer be provided.

16. Rescheduling Policy

Clients must inform us at least 3 days in advance for any rescheduling requests.

Failure to provide advance notice may result in cancellation of the scheduled service without refund.

17. Data Delivery

Edited pictures and final deliverables are generally shared within 15-20 days after the shoot date.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unavoidable circumstances.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through informal negotiation within 30 days.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
